TDER Articulated Boom Lift is specially designed for complex aerial tasks, featuring a multi-angle articulated boom structure for flexible reach and precise positioning. Coupled with a high-performance hydraulic system and precise control, it efficiently completes installation, inspection, and maintenance tasks. The robust chassis and intelligent control ensure stable and safe operation, while the articulated boom structure can overcome obstacles, making it suitable for building facades, industrial facilities, and municipal aerial work applications.
Electric Articulated Boom Lift covers working heights from 14 to 28 m, equipped with long-range lithium-ion or lead-acid battery. With four-wheel AC drive and differential steering control, it achieves low noise, zero emissions, and high-endurance operation.
1. Maximum working height of 26 m with 15.4 m horizontal outreach, capable of covering high-rise buildings, industrial plants, and large municipal facilities. Combined with obstacle clearance capability, it enables wide-area coverage and precise positioning in complex high-altitude operations.
2. Platform rated for 230 kg, with ±90° rotation and 135° vertical jib articulation, accommodating two operators and tools. Provides flexible and controllable working angles at height, reducing repositioning and operation time.
3. Full 360° rotation turntable with 10.2 m span and only 1.02 m tail swing allows approach from any direction. Even in building gaps, pipe corridors, and complex construction environments, operational freedom at height is maintained.
4. 80 V/560 Ah high-capacity battery ensures long-lasting and stable operation, with optional maintenance-free lithium battery, providing continuous and reliable output while meeting low-noise and zero-emission requirements for industrial and urban sites.
5. Chassis constructed from high-strength materials, combined with 30% gradeability and 0.37 m ground clearance, enhances mobility and adaptability on slopes and unpaved surfaces, ensuring smooth and reliable operation.
6. Complies with EN280 and GB25849 standards, equipped with 4WD/4WS driving system, maintaining stability and control during lifting operations, providing reliable performance for high-standard engineering and complex construction projects.
