On October 7, 2024, Devin, the General Manager of Xiamen TDER Industrial Co., Ltd., personally visited Mexico City to strengthen ties with key local clients and emphasize TDER’s commitment to the Mexican market. This visit is part of TDER’s global client tour, underscoring the company’s confidence in its global strategic plans. Mexico was a crucial stop on the six-day tour, Devin visited nine prominent clients. During these visits, he held in-depth discussions, gaining insights into the real-world performance of TDER’s products, regional market trends, and after-sales service. These exchanges provided valuable feedback for TDER's product development, manufacturing, and service optimization. As a leading Chinese brand in the material handling and construction machinery sectors, TDER is dedicated to providing high-quality construction solutions through innovative technologies and professional service standards. This commitment has yielded success in Mexico, where local distributor David secured contracts for TDER's diesel forklifts, electric forklifts, and reach trucks in several Mexican military projects. "I would appreciate it if i had the chance to be your exclusive agent in Mexico," David expressed. Having previously imported forklifts from other Chinese brands with limited success, David recognized TDER’s competitive pricing and quality, which has given the brand a distinct edge in the Mexican market. He also proposed developing exclusive models for the local market, a suggestion Devin eagerly embraced, immediately coordinating with the R&D team to create customized designs.Beyond material handling equipment, TDER’s construction machinery has also gained traction in Mexico. Enrique, a long-standing customer to engineering machinery, had previously purchased several large excavators and cranes. To coincide with the opening of his new showroom in October, Enrique invited Devin to tour the space dedicated to TDER’s heavy machinery, reflecting his great acknowledgement in the brand. Enrique also plans to expand his purchases, including wheeled excavators, graders, and large rollers. Other clients also showed keen interest in TDER's new product lineup during the visit. Victor, whose business has shifted from selling second-hand machinery to new, was particularly impressed with the long-range electric loader ZT950EV, which boasts fast-charging capabilities. Similarly, Lois, after experiencing TDER's flagship TCE230 excavator, expressed his intention to fully switch his company’s equipment for TDER, further demonstrating the full confidence in the brand. This visit not only solidified the partnership between TDER and its Mexican clients but also laid the groundwork for further growth in the region. With the mission to bring China's infrastructure power to more countries and regions, TDER's global client visit continues. With a focus on customer needs and product quality, TDER will continue to enhance product innovation and localized sales services, contributing to the global prosperity of the machinery industry.
