TDER Spider Crane is a compact and easily deployable mini crawler crane, covering a load capacity range from 1.5 to 16 tons. It is well-suited for lifting equipment at heights, installing curtain wall glass, performing indoor shaft operations, and urban rescue tasks in confined spaces and complex environments. Featuring excellent terrain adaptability and superior high-altitude lifting capability, it is the ideal lifting solution for operations in restricted spaces.

1. Heavy-duty lifting solution: With a maximum lifting capacity of 16 tons, a working radius of up to 23 meters, and a lifting height of 25 meters, it is ideal for heavy construction scenarios such as large equipment installation, wind turbine foundations, and industrial projects.

2. Six-section high-strength boom: Made of high-strength manganese steel, the 6-section telescopic boom extends from 6.5 to 25 meters, offering fast angle adjustment and high/low speed switching for efficient and precise lifting operations.

3. Engineering-grade chassis: Equipped with 400mm wide rubber tracks and a hydraulic drive system, it provides strong traction and a climbing capacity of up to 25°. The outriggers use a “manual swing-out + hydraulic telescoping + auto support” design for excellent operational stability.

4. Diesel-electric dual power: Standard Yuchai diesel engine plus electric motor setup, customizable with multiple brands, supporting Euro V and EPA emission standards to suit various international job site requirements.

5. Smart control system: Manual control comes standard, with optional remote control support for enhanced flexibility and safety during high-altitude operations.

6. Multi-function expansion: Optional modules include hydraulic jib, work basket, moment limiter, and remote control system, enhancing adaptability across different working conditions and industries.
