Maintenance knowledge of the four major systems of forklifts

I. Hydraulic systems 

1. cleaning hydraulic oil tank, changing hydraulic oil and cleaning filter.

2. check hydraulic pump, oil throat, joint and oil seal are not oil leakage.

3. adjust and clean hydraulic oil valve if necessary.

II. Chain components 

1. clean up lifting chain, chain shaft and lubricating oil.

2.Clean the chain, bearing and lubricating oil

3. check the lifting chain, whether there are cracks, damage.

III. Transmission system 

1. cleaning gear box and gear change oil.

2. cleaning rotating bearings, bearings and lubricating oil.

3. check and adjust brake system and movable joint with butter.

4. check automatic wave box system, change automatic wave box and change filter.

5. check tire screws and tires.

IV. Circuit systems

1. the whole circuit dust removal.

2. check and adjust the battery sulfuric acid ratio, clean the battery surface, tighten the battery connection head.

3. insulation and connection parts are damaged or loose.

4. check the contact point for wear.

5. check lifting, driving and hydraulic pump carbon injection.

6. check the light signal system and replace the light bulb and fuse if necessary.

7. check the sensitivity of each control system.
