TDER Articulated Boom Lift is specially designed for complex aerial tasks, featuring a multi-angle articulated boom structure for flexible reach and precise positioning. Coupled with a high-performance hydraulic system and precise control, it efficiently completes installation, inspection, and maintenance tasks. The robust chassis and intelligent control ensure stable and safe operation, while the articulated boom structure can overcome obstacles, making it suitable for building facades, industrial facilities, and municipal aerial work applications.
Diesel Articulated Boom Lift covers working heights from 14 to 47 m, equipped with a high-performance diesel engine for strong power. Combined with multi-angle boom adjustment, it provides flexible and efficient operational capability.
1. Standard 36.8 kW Weichai or Cummins diesel engine, with optional Yanmar engine compliant with EPA or Euro V emission standards. Provides stable and reliable power while meeting environmental requirements.
2. Maximum working height of 26 m, with up-and-over clearance of 9.8 m, capable of covering factory beams, pipelines, and building façades for mid- to high-altitude construction scenarios, enabling flexible and efficient operation.
3. Full 360° continuous rotation of the machine, combined with 140° vertical jib rotation and ±80° platform rotation, allows rapid adjustment of working positions, reducing repositioning and improving operational efficiency.
4. 4WD/2WS chassis with wear-resistant off-road tires and 0.43 m ground clearance, providing 45% gradeability to ensure stable travel on mud, gravel, and slopes, maintaining continuous operation.
5. Platform rated for 230 kg, accommodating two operators simultaneously. Spacious and safe working area enhances comfort and efficiency at height.
6. Dual front-and-rear proportional control consoles allow stable low-speed travel at 1.1 km/h during operation, facilitating precise positioning and alignment, improving control accuracy and safety.
7. Equipped with overload protection, tilt limitation, emergency descent, and motion-limit systems. Complies with EN280:2013+A1:2015 and GB25849-2010 standards, ensuring safety and stability during aerial work.
