TDER Articulated Boom Lift is specially designed for complex aerial tasks, featuring a multi-angle articulated boom structure for flexible reach and precise positioning. Coupled with a high-performance hydraulic system and precise control, it efficiently completes installation, inspection, and maintenance tasks. The robust chassis and intelligent control ensure stable and safe operation, while the articulated boom structure can overcome obstacles, making it suitable for building facades, industrial facilities, and municipal aerial work applications.
Diesel Articulated Boom Lift covers working heights from 14 to 47 m, equipped with a high-performance diesel engine for strong power. Combined with multi-angle boom adjustment, it provides flexible and efficient operational capability.
1. Equipped with a standard Yanmar/Kubota 36.8 kW diesel engine, with an optional Yanmar engine compliant with EPA or Euro V emission standards, the machine delivers stable power while meeting environmental regulations, supporting long-duration, high-load operation.
2. A maximum working height of 22 m, 12.6 m horizontal outreach, and 9.2 m up-and-over height allow the machine to easily clear factory trusses, equipment pipelines, and building façade obstacles, providing stronger high-altitude coverage.
3. With 140° vertical jib articulation, ±80° platform rotation, and a 360° rotating upper structure, operators can freely adjust their working position in confined spaces, minimizing repositioning and improving overall efficiency.
4. The 4WD/2WS chassis paired with 33*12-20 off-road tires and 0.43 m ground clearance provides 45% gradeability, ensuring stable performance across mud, slopes, gravel, and other demanding terrains.
5. The 1.83 × 0.76 m platform supports a rated load of 230 kg, accommodating two operators plus tools, suitable for maintenance, installation, and other typical aerial tasks.
6. Dual front-and-rear proportional control stations allow stable low-speed travel at up to 1.1 km/h even when elevated, making alignment operations easier and enhancing safety and precision at height.
7. The machine is equipped with overload protection, tilt limitation, emergency descent, and motion-range limiting systems, and meets EN280:2013+A1:2015 and GB25849-2010 standards, ensuring safety compliance for global engineering projects.
