Smart Manufacturing for the Future, Virtue in Jianghuai: TDER Huai’an Branch Holds Winter Education Support Event

Mar 16,2026

On November 1, 2025, Xiamen TDER Industrial Co., Ltd., a global manufacturer of material handling equipment and Construction Machinery, officially put its newly established subsidiary — Huai’an Tailin Machinery Industry Co., Ltd. — into full operation in Huai’an, Jiangsu Province.

On January 25, 2026, while steadily advancing its business footprint in Huai’an, TDER joined hands with the local government to launch the “Warm Hearts for Children, Education Support in Winter” charity initiative. The event not only marked TDER’s strategic presence in Jiangsu, but also demonstrated how the international manufacturer integrates corporate social responsibility into its pursuit of long-term business excellence.

I. Strategic Expansion: Huai’an as a Gateway to Global Customized Services

Founded in 2003, Xiamen TDER Industrial Co., Ltd. has grown over the past 23 years into a large international machinery manufacturing group integrating R&D, sales, and service. With products exported to 158 countries and regions, the establishment of its Huai’an branch carries significant strategic importance.

The launch of the Huai’an branch represents TDER’s deeper integration of industrial resources in East China. Jiangsu Province, one of China’s key coastal manufacturing hubs, offers a strong pool of mechanical engineering talent and a dynamic international trade environment. Since officially commencing operations on November 1, 2025, Huai’an Tailin Machinery Industry Co., Ltd. has been tasked with attracting high-level technical and international trade professionals from the Yangtze River Delta, further strengthening the group’s R&D capabilities and global customized service capacity.

While the Huai’an branch focuses on business operations and talent strategy, it is supported by TDER’s robust manufacturing network. The company operates modern factories totaling 42,000 square meters across Fujian, Shandong, and Anhui provinces. Through efficient digital systems, the Huai’an branch seamlessly connects the production flexibility of these facilities with the customized requirements of global customers.

II. Shared Value: ESG Commitment Reflected Through Winter Education Support

For Xiamen TDER Industrial Co., Ltd., corporate value is measured not only by financial growth but also by its contribution to the communities where it operates. On January 25, 2026, as the Lunar New Year approached, TDER participated in local community initiatives through its Huai’an branch, launching the “Warm Hearts for Children, Education Support in Winter” program.

The initiative was jointly organized by the CPC Committee of Cheqiao Town, the People’s Government of Cheqiao Town in Huai’an District, Huai’an, and TDER, with the Youth League Committee of Cheqiao Town serving as the organizer. As a newly established industrial enterprise in the region, TDER actively responded to the government’s call by focusing its support on underprivileged youth in Cheqiao Town.

During the event, TDER provided dedicated education assistance funds to 52 children facing financial difficulties. The company also prepared essential supplies, including winter scarves, stationery sets, and high-quality milk powder to support both daily life and learning needs. Each item was carefully selected to address the practical needs of the children.

At the event, Ella Cao, General Manager of Huai’an Tailin Machinery Industry Co., Ltd., emphasized that the foundation of industry lies in people, while the future of society belongs to the next generation. She noted that TDER chose to launch the education support initiative at the early stage of the branch’s operations because the group believes that a respected company must actively contribute to addressing social challenges. Beyond providing material assistance, the initiative also aimed to inspire students to pursue their dreams with resilience and determination.

The successful completion of the program also highlighted the constructive collaboration between TDER and the local government of Huai’an. Through this government–enterprise partnership, the company ensured that every charitable contribution reached families most in need. This transparent and pragmatic approach to public welfare further strengthened TDER’s brand reputation and social recognition in Jiangsu Province.

III. Twenty-Three Years of Craftsmanship: Earning Global Respect Through High-Quality Manufacturing

The growth of Xiamen TDER Industrial Co., Ltd. reflects the broader transformation of China’s machinery manufacturing—from scale to precision. Since its founding in 2003, the group has consistently followed the technological frontier of the industry, investing heavily in advanced production equipment, including CNC machining centers, plasma cutting machines, OTC welding robots, TRUMPF laser cutting machines, and coordinate measuring machines from ZEISS.

At TDER, quality is regarded as the foundation of the brand. Through full-process monitoring covering both in-house manufacturing and component procurement, the company ensures that every forklift, Wheel Loader, and warehouse equipment unit leaving the factory meets—or exceeds—industry standards. To date, 25 core products have obtained certifications from internationally recognized organizations such as TÜV, Bureau Veritas, and Intertek, providing a solid foundation for TDER’s network of 48 dealers across 158 countries and regions.

The establishment of the Huai’an branch and the launch of the education support initiative further demonstrate TDER’s philosophy of “global vision with localized operations.” Whether advancing intelligent R&D in material handling equipment or engaging in community development across regions, TDER continues to balance industrial craftsmanship with a strong sense of social responsibility.

IV. Looking Ahead: Advancing Smart Manufacturing and Social Value

For Xiamen TDER Industrial Co., Ltd., 2026 marks a pivotal year in the implementation of its “Globalization 2.0” strategy. The official operation of its Huai’an branch represents another key step in strengthening the group’s talent network and global business presence.

Looking ahead, TDER will continue to pursue its vision of becoming a world-class provider of customized logistics machinery solutions, while remaining committed to its mission of making material handling smarter. As the company expands its market footprint and business scale, TDER has pledged to institutionalize its public welfare initiatives. The group will continue investing in education, environmental protection, and the wider adoption of intelligent logistics, delivering higher-quality products alongside socially responsible services to earn the trust of global customers and communities alike.

TDER will continue to power the intelligent future of global logistics—driven by every customized gear it produces—while also helping build a better society through sustained commitment to social responsibility.
