From 15 to 19 October 2026, the 140th China Import and Export Fair (Canton Fair) was held in Guangzhou. Xiamen TDER Industrial Co., Ltd. (TDER) presented its material handling equipment and construction machinery products, engaging with buyers from numerous countries and regions and holding in-depth discussions on product performance, powertrain configuration, market fit and procurement requirements — gaining a closer reading of international market demand.

I. Addressing diverse market needs with a broad product matrix
During the fair, TDER received customers from Europe, Africa, Asia, North America, South America and Oceania. Brazilian buyers were particularly active; some attended as part of larger corporate delegations to discuss equipment procurement.
Judging by enquiries on the show floor, P Series 3 Tonne Diesel Forklift Truck and K Series 3 Tonne Lithium Forklift drew the most attention. Excavators, backhoe loaders, warehouse equipment, aerial work platforms and telehandlers also attracted enquiries from buyers in different markets, reflecting a wide spectrum of equipment demand.

II. Matching configurations to real-world operating conditions
Equipment suitability, powertrain configuration, certification requirements and procurement cost were the customers' main concerns. Priorities varied by region: aerial work platform buyers focused on working height and safety features; warehouse equipment buyers examined load capacity, lift height and price; telehandlers drew interest from certain North American and European customers.
In product discussions, the TDER team presented equipment specifications, configurations and related information tailored to each customer's needs, and used live product displays to help buyers understand machine structure and performance. On questions of engine brand preference, certification for target markets and budget, the team held further discussions with customers, providing a reference for subsequent model selection and commercial negotiations.

III. Building trust through professional service, moving enquiries toward purchase intent
During the fair, an Indian customer approached the TDER booth to charge a depleted mobile phone. The sales team welcomed him warmly, and the conversation naturally turned to products: the team introduced diesel and electric forklifts, explained the configuration and performance of the diesel forklift against the machine on display, and showed the internal structure and components beneath the seat.
After further discussion, the customer expressed on the spot an intention to purchase three diesel forklifts. The team then helped check container loading plans, extending the consultation from product selection to shipping arrangements — a prompt response to the customer's needs. The exchange also illustrated the role that professional explanation and attentive service play in building customer trust. The purchase intention remains subject to follow-up confirmation.

On the second day of the fair, a blogger with around 110,000 Instagram followers visited the TDER booth and spoke with sales representative Wiley about forklift minimum order quantities (MOQ) and customized configurations. After the interview, the blogger's team and all TDER exhibition staff posed for a group photo, adding a further point of exchange to the show floor.

IV. Deepening international dialogue, widening room for cooperation
The Canton Fair gave TDER an opportunity to meet overseas buyers face to face. From product performance and powertrain configuration to target-market requirements and procurement budgets, on-site feedback deepened the team's understanding of the needs of different markets.
The close of the fair does not mean the end of the conversation. TDER will continue to follow up on the customer contacts and purchase intentions established during the show, pursuing further discussions around customers' real application needs and using accurate product information and pragmatic service to advance international business exchange and create more opportunities for future cooperation.
