What do you need to pay attention to when operating the loader

May 06,2024

1. Be careful not to get too close to the edge of the cliff. When building a levee, filling or unloading materials down a cliff, one pile should be unloaded first, and the latter pile should be used to push the previous pile.

2. When the machine pushes the soil down the cliff or to the top of the slope, the load will suddenly become lighter. In this case, because the walking speed will suddenly increase, it is very dangerous, so we must reduce the speed.

3. If the working device suddenly drops or stops, the reaction force may cause the machine to tip over, especially when there is a load, the operation of the working device must be careful.

4. Do not use the bucket or boom for lifting operations.

5. This machine can only undertake the specified work, such as carrying out other operations beyond the scope of use will cause damage to the machine.

6. Do the following work to ensure a good vision.

(1) When working in dark places, work lights and headlights should be switched on, and lighting should be installed at the site if necessary.

(2) Do not work in foggy, snowy or heavy rain days and poor visibility conditions, and wait until visibility is enough to work.

7. In order to prevent the working device from colliding with other objects, please note the following:

(1) When working in tunnels, under Bridges, under wires or other height limits, be especially careful not to let the bucket collide with any object.

(2) To keep the cab clean, to ensure that the cab floor, joystick, pedal and handrail free of lubricating oil, grease, snow and dirt and other pollutants.

(3) When loading the dump truck, check whether there is anyone around the machine, and pay attention to not allowing the bucket to touch the dump

The cab of the car.

(4) In order to prevent accidents caused by collisions with other objects, the machine should work at a safe speed, especially in limited Spaces, indoors and where there are other vehicles.

(5) Special care should be taken when working on snow or frozen ground to prevent side-sliding so as to avoid danger.

(6) Do not let the machine contact the overhead cable, even close to the high-voltage cable can cause electric shock, between the machine and the cable, always maintain the safe distance given in the following table.

8. In order to prevent accidents, please do the following:

(1) When there is a danger that the machine may touch the cable on the site, the power company should be consulted before the commencement of work to check whether the action determined in accordance with the relevant legislation in force is feasible.

(2) Put on insulation boots and gloves. Place an insulating rubber pad on the operator's seat and be careful not to let any exposed part of the body touch the metal chassis.

(3) Designate a signalman to issue a warning signal if the machine is too close to the cable.

(4) If the working device touches the cable, the operator should not leave the cab.

(5) When working near high voltage cables, no one should be allowed to get close to the machine.

(6) Check the voltage of the cable with the power company before starting the operation and maintain a safe distance.
