TDER Articulated Boom Lift is specially designed for complex aerial tasks, featuring a multi-angle articulated boom structure for flexible reach and precise positioning. Coupled with a high-performance hydraulic system and precise control, it efficiently completes installation, inspection, and maintenance tasks. The robust chassis and intelligent control ensure stable and safe operation, while the articulated boom structure can overcome obstacles, making it suitable for building facades, industrial facilities, and municipal aerial work applications.
Diesel Articulated Boom Lift covers working heights from 14 to 47 m, equipped with a high-performance diesel engine for strong power. Combined with multi-angle boom adjustment, it provides flexible and efficient operational capability.
1. Equipped with a standard Yanmar/Kubota diesel engine delivering 35.9 kW of efficient power, the machine meets mid- to high-altitude aerial work requirements. An optional Yanmar engine compliant with EPA or Euro V emission standards is available, ensuring both performance and environmental responsibility.
2. With a maximum working height of 20 m, 11.6 m horizontal outreach, and an 8.3 m up-and-over height, it covers complex and obstacle-dense areas—suitable for mid- to high-rise plants, bridges, outdoor construction, and urban facility maintenance.
3. The jib offers 140° vertical articulation, the platform rotates ±80°, and the upper structure provides full 360° tail-swing-free rotation, enabling flexible positioning in confined areas, reducing repositioning time, and improving operational efficiency.
4. A 4WD/2WS drive-steer system paired with wear-resistant off-road tires and 400 mm ground clearance provides 45% gradeability, ensuring stable performance on gravel roads, muddy terrain, and slopes.
5. The 1.83 × 0.76 m platform supports a rated load of 230 kg, accommodating two operators and tools with spacious, practical working area.
6. Dual upper-and-lower control stations with proportional control allow smooth and stable driving even while elevated or extended, improving operational safety and precision.
7. Equipped with overload protection, tilt limitation, emergency descent, and motion-range limiting systems, the machine is certified to EN280:2013+A1:2015 and GB25849-2010 standards, meeting international safety requirements for engineering projects.
