TDER Dual-Scissor Reach Truck features a scissor-type reach mechanism, allowing the forks and mast to move forward as a single unit. 3. Core power and transmission system: Equipped with the U.S. CURTIS AC control system and Zhongnan transmission gearbox, delivering stable power output and smooth response, suitable for continuous operation.
4. Low-noise electro-hydraulic system: Utilizes low-noise hydraulic pump and valve group from Shimadzu brand, combined with low-noise hydraulic design for quieter machine operation and improved working environment.
5. AC maintenance-free drive: AC drive system with brushless design, maintenance-free motor, combined with drive speed compensation to ensure smooth driving and operation.
6. Intelligent steering and damping: EPS electric steering system paired with vehicle damping structure for light and precise steering, effectively reducing operator fatigue during prolonged side-stand operation.
7. Multiple safety protections: Integrated protections including short circuit, open circuit, high/low voltage limits, electrical overheating protection, and circuit fault detection, with error code diagnostics to ensure machine safety.
8. Active safety control: Equipped with automatic curve speed reduction, high-load automatic speed reduction, and stepless drive speed adjustment to effectively reduce operational risks under complex conditions.
9. Braking and hydraulic safety: Electromagnetic and regenerative braking systems work cooperatively, combined with cylinder safety cut-off valves and emergency braking devices, comprehensively enhancing operational safety levels.
